Biography

Justin Longo, BA, MPA

Justin Longo is a University of Victoria PhD candidate in public policy and human-computer interaction studies applied to policy communication and knowledge management.  This research is applied to policy-relevant issues in global climate change, natural resource and land use management, and community sustainability.  As Executive Director with the Maritime Awards Society of Canada, Justin provides program and research support in marine planning and habitat protection, oceans governance, offshore hydrocarbon and fisheries management issues.
